Cyclops

Standing at around 12 feet tall with a single eye in the middle of their forehead, Cyclopi are tall and imposing to most people. Their skin often ranges from an obsidian grey to an almost peach-pink color, with hues of brown, orange, and yellow in between. They generally have a pair of larger round ears, though from time to time, they can be found with pointed ears as well. Like many other humanoids, they grow facial hair as they get older, some elder Cyclops having massive beards.

Cyclopi were not always considered one of the more civilized ancestries, but something changed them during the Sundering. They were once much larger when they dwelt on the surface, sometimes as large as 30 feet tall. While all Cyclopi are skilled at working with their hands and crafting, they were not known for much else before. In fact, most would have referred to them as dumb, or maybe just slow to their faces. After the Sundering, as the continents rose to the sky and the size of the Cyclopi slowly shrunk, their intelligence began to rise in comparison. Nowadays, the most skilled craftsmen and architects in the sky are amongst the Cyclopi.

The Cyclopi are based on late Roman and Greek culture. Their speech would be slightly Italian in sound or Greek.
